PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Drive the growth agenda across the Nordics and Northern Europe by developing and executing strategies focused on financial performance, innovation, and sustainable solutions. Assess business opportunities by evaluating risks and identifying high-potential growth areas to support Inchcape’s long-term strategic goals.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Development (Nordics & Northern Europe Distribution)
• Lead the implementation of the Nordics & Northern Europe Distribution (NNED) strategic goals, aligning with Inchcape PLC’s broader strategy.
• Champion key strategic initiatives to ensure commercial success and market expansion.
Project Management
• Take full ownership of strategic projects – from proposal to execution – ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive critical initiatives through data analysis, insight development, and decisive action.
• Launch and lead transformation projects from inception, structuring, planning, stakeholder alignment, to global collaboration.
Business Analysis
• Partner with operational teams to translate data into actionable insights and clear business recommendations.
• Support the preparation of performance intelligence reports for the Executive Management Team.
Stakeholder Communication
• Engage with stakeholders across all levels and geographies, ensuring consistent communication on strategic priorities.
• Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for key decision-makers, including the JLR Board, Group CEO, CFO, and the Northern Europe Management Team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development; consulting background is a plus.
• Strong project management capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
• Professional, proactive, and able to influence and collaborate across functions and cultures.
• Ability to operate at all levels of the business including managing senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed international environment
• High ethical standards
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
