Purpose of the Role:
The Sales Executive is directly responsible for selling New Holland tractors at set Gross Profit, Volume, and Customer
Satisfaction standards. Assist customers in determining tractor needs and completing financing paperwork where
applicable. Building customer loyalty and increases Customer Satisfaction through professionalism, trustworthiness,
sincerity, attitude, and a business-like appearance in every customer’s experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution & Business Development
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for New Holland tractors and implements.
• Engage customers in needs-based selling to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including the preparation and presentation of proposals.
• Actively follow up on sales leads from regional activations, digital platforms (website & social media), walkins,
and referrals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase product value and capabilities.
2. Customer Relationship Management
• Provide pre-delivery training to customers, ensuring they understand tractor usage, maintenance schedules,
and warranty terms.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure product satisfaction and resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by offering consistent support, trust, and a professional
experience.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, farmers, institutions, and community leaders to
enhance market presence.
3. Product & Market Knowledge
• Stay up to date with the latest New Holland tractor models, specifications, and technologies through
mandatory online training.
• Conduct competitor analysis and share market intelligence to help improve sales strategy and business
decisions.
• Gather and share customer feedback and insights to support product improvement and innovation.
4. Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activity using the sales tracker.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for review by management.
• Ensure complete and accurate pre-customer files, including all KYC documents, for submission to the finance
team.
• Adhere strictly to Inchcape’s financial policies and procedures during the sales process.
5. Showroom & Brand Representation
• Ensure tractors and implements are clean, well-arranged, and presentable in the showroom at all times.
• Maintain an adequate and organized display of marketing materials, brochures, and point-of-sale items.
• Represent the New Holland brand professionally in all public engagements, events, and activations.

• Organize and participate in showroom promotions and static displays in partnership with authorized business
affiliates.
6. Teamwork & Collaboration
• Collaborate with fellow Sales Executives to ensure team goals are met and knowledge is shared.
• Participate actively in team meetings and strategy sessions, offering updates on pipeline progress and
challenges.
• Assist colleagues with product information or customer needs as required.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Management from time to
time.

2 years in vehicle retail sales with notable sales record for volume and profit
