About the role

This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping how Inchcape leverages customer data and marketing technology to drive performance across all brands.

You will lead the CRM infrastructure and data strategy, ensuring our tech stack is optimised, integrated and scalable to support acquisition, retention and repurchase journeys. Working closely with Marketing, IT, global teams and external partners, you will drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting and automation.

This role offers strong exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence how customer data and digital capabilities are used to deliver commercial outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM infrastructure and data strategy across marketing platforms
  • Manage and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud performance and capability
  • Drive data quality, governance and marketing database health
  • Develop and deliver a roadmap for CRM and marketing tech innovation
  • Partner with global teams to ensure system stability, integration and performance
  • Enable advanced segmentation, automation and lead nurture strategies
  • Build reporting and dashboards to track lead conversion and campaign performance
  • Manage CRM-related vendors, platforms and budget governance
  • Lead and develop a small team of CRM specialists

 

About you

You are a commercially minded CRM and data leader who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment. You bring strong technical capability combined with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Strong experience in CRM, marketing technology or data platforms
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
  • Experience leading data strategy, governance and system integrations
  • Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and performance outcomes
  • Experience managing vendors and technical roadmaps
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
