Our Inchcape Australia Finance Team is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our team in Norwest. In this position, you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to provide commercial support across a portfolio of dealerships, delivering financial insights, business partnering and performance analysis that help drive strategic decision-making and business growth.

What you'll do

• Partner with dealership leadership teams to provide commercial insights that support operational and financial decision-making.
• Analyse business performance, identify trends and translate data into clear recommendations that drive profitability and growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting activities across a portfolio of dealerships.
• Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Build and enhance reporting tools, dashboards and insights that improve visibility of key business metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, sales, marketing and operations to influence business outcomes and continuous improvement.
  
  

About you
You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights that influence decision-making. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy partnering with stakeholders and have the confidence to challenge thinking while providing practical recommendations.

To be successful, you will have:

• CA or CPA qualification.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
• Experience translating data into meaningful commercial insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with non-financial stakeholders.
• Power BI experience will be highly regarded.
