About the role

We are looking for a Dealer Technology Coordinator to join our Digital & CRM team and support the ongoing delivery and improvement of dealer-facing technology platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, digital operations and stakeholder support. You'll work closely with dealers, vendors and internal teams to support business-critical platforms, coordinate system improvements, manage content updates and help ensure our technology solutions continue to deliver a great user experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting digital platforms, websites, CRM systems or business applications who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for dealer-facing technology platforms
• Manage user enquiries, issue triage and resolution coordination
• Support dealer portal administration and user access management
• Coordinate platform updates, testing and rollout activities
• Maintain and update digital content across relevant platforms
• Liaise with web vendors and technology partners
• Track and monitor technology enhancement requests and issues
• Develop and maintain documentation, processes and support materials
• Assist with platform onboarding and user support activities
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and user experience

About you

You are an organised and technology-focused professional who enjoys supporting users, solving problems and working across multiple stakeholders. You can balance competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering a high level of service.

You are comfortable working with digital platforms and systems, coordinating with vendors and helping non-technical stakeholders navigate technology solutions. Most importantly, you're proactive, curious and motivated to improve processes and user experiences.

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience supporting digital platforms, websites, portals or business applications
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Strong coordination and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and administrative capability
• Experience managing user enquiries and issue resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to learn and support new systems and technologies quickly
• Exposure to CMS, CRM, dealer platforms or web technologies will be highly regarded
• Automotive or dealer network experience will be advantageous
