About the role

This is a key leadership role responsible for leading the Aftersales function for Peugeot and Citroën across Australia.

As part of the leadership team, you will be accountable for the performance of Aftersales across parts, service retention, customer experience, technical support, training and warranty. You will develop and deliver strategy while ensuring consistent execution across the dealer network.

Working closely with internal teams and dealer partners, you will drive improvements in customer experience, operational performance and commercial outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to influence how Aftersales is delivered nationally, within a well-established brand with clear opportunity for growth.

You will also lead and develop a high-performing team and maintain strong engagement across the dealer network through regular national travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the national Aftersales function across parts, service and customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategy to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Drive service retention and Aftersales revenue growth.
  • Partner with the dealer network to improve capability and consistency.
  • Oversee technical support and training functions.
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and OEM partners.


About you

You are a commercially minded Aftersales leader who can step into a national role and make an immediate impact. You bring both strategic thinking and the ability to execute, with a strong focus on customer outcomes and network performance.

You will bring:

  • Experience in a similar Aftersales leadership role within an OEM or multi-brand environment.
  • Strong experience driving strategy across parts, service and customer experience.
  • Ability to lead, influence and lift dealer network performance.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Ability to manage change and drive improvements in customer experience.
  • A pragmatic, agile approach with the ability to pivot and adapt.
  • Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
