About the job:

The ANZ Senior Sourcing Specialist drives Best Value delivery through effective procurement. This role leads key Procurement Events, ensures policy compliance, and provides expert guidance to the business, enabling Inchcape to achieve optimal value from goods and services across the region.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on Procurement Plans to deliver Best Value, ensuring consistent specifications, SLAs, and leveraging analytics to identify opportunities and manage risks.
  • Lead and execute Procurement Events, engaging stakeholders, managing supplier evaluations, and negotiating contracts using Inchcape’s S2C platform.
  • Ensure seamless execution of procurement activities aligned with business needs and policies, supporting the full Source to Pay lifecycle.
  • Support the evolution and deployment of Procurement Policy and Process, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and auditability.
  • Report on value, savings, and benefits achieved, delivering scheduled Management Information via Inchcape’s platform.
  • Build trusted relationships through daily engagement with internal stakeholders and key suppliers, ensuring collaborative procurement activity

About you:

  • Strong communicator and influencer with negotiation skills; able to engage across multiple business levels and operate ethically.
  • Solid knowledge of contract law and experience negotiating terms and conditions.
  • Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as a leader, contributor, and supporter.
  • Experience delivering procurement value with familiarity in S2C and P2P systems (Coupa preferred).
