40hrs per week  - (8am-6pm Mon - Wed and then 8am-1pm Thurs and Friday)

Introduction to the role

As a Showroom Host, you will be an ambassador for one of the world’s leading brands, you will guide the customer through their journey as the first point of contact in the Retail Centre, delivering on their needs and requirements, whilst providing a customer focussed, premium experience.

What you’ll do day to day

• Meet & Greet Customers & Visitors and provide suitable refreshments
• Answer and manage telephone system
• Accurately record calls & visits and relay messages in timely manner
• Some invoicing & filing may be required
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom - customers & housekeeping

The Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• IT literacy
• Incredible customer service skills
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure
• A friendly and approachable manner
