Our Enterprise Resource Planning platform is seeking a Operations & Enablement Lead to join our team in Colombia. The Ops & Enablement Lead is responsible for ensuring that SAP Delivery is executed in a consistent, disciplined, and standardized manner across all projects and regions

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Drive consistent adoption of SAP delivery processes, standards, and best practices, ensuring operational discipline and a standardized way of working across all regions.
  • Oversee the readiness and quality of delivery artifacts, documentation, acceptance criteria, and tracking mechanisms, ensuring compliance with quality gates and promoting artifact reusability.
  • Monitor delivery execution through checkpoints, readiness validations, and early identification of gaps or deviations, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Practice, Capability, and Learning teams to align delivery standards, support structured onboarding, provide refresher training, and address recurring knowledge or skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Project Managers to strengthen execution excellence and delivery consistency without owning project timelines, scope, or key project decisions.



 

About you

 

 

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle within technology, product, or SAP delivery environments, with experience driving process adoption, operational excellence, and standardized execution practices.
  • Proven experience working across cross-functional teams and leveraging delivery management tools (e.g., JIRA), quality checkpoints, artifact governance, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize delivery outcomes.
  • Ability to translate delivery standards, frameworks, and guidelines into practical, scalable, and repeatable execution models that enhance consistency and efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery methodologies; Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus; fluent English required
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across global teams without direct authority, supported by a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach.
