What you'll do:
Overseeing the rectification process of vehicles prior to delivery, ensuring all vehicles (Multiple brand) meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements in Indonesia. This role supervises the administrative flow, system updates, and operational execution related to PDI, while supporting the Manager in achieving operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare daily vehicle movement list, create new Autoline Work in Progress (WIP) numbers, and order parts for PDI vehicles.
- Generate purchasing order (PO) numbers and ensure timely system updates.
- Upload PDI vehicle lists, assign and tag IU numbers in the system.
- Prepare PDI lists, registration lists, and panel marking lists for operational use.
- Upload vehicle registration data for all brands/franchises under management.
- Check delivery dates, invoice dates, and issue exit passes for each new vehicle delivery check sheet.
- Match and input delivery orders (DO) with COUPA PO system records.
- Issue daily PDI lists and coordinate with related teams for execution.
- Manage monthly invoicing for registered vehicles.
- Supervise PDI Inspectors to ensure rectification standards and timelines are met.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and support tasks as assigned by the Manager.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills; able to guide and monitor inspectors effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve rectification issues quickly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with team members, management, and other departments.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to ensure accuracy in both administrative and operational tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma or equivalent in Automotive, Mechanical, or Office Administration.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PDI, rectification, or administrative functions in the automotive industry.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
