Our DXP Platform is seeking a Application Operations Analyst (Salesforce) to join our team in Philippines. In this position you will support and optimize CRM platforms like Salesforce. You’ll ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system performance.

 

 

What you'll do

 

  • Monitor and maintain CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce) for performance and availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and basic configurations.
  • Support integrations and assist with testing for updates/releases.
  • Document processes and incident resolutions for knowledge sharing.

 

About you

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in application operations or CRM support (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
