Oversees the office administrative functions 

  • Prepares and checks correspondences, reports, forms, vouchers, work orders, and specialized documents related to the organizational unit to which assigned from drafts, notes, brief instructions, corrected copy or dictated tapes, proofreads materials for accuracy, completeness and compliance with departmental policies. 

  • Prepares cash advance, liquidation, reimbursement, request for payment and any other expense claims. (i.e. Business Travel) 

  • Coordinates with other departments all admin related issues such as office supplies, office/equipment repair and maintenance concerns.  

  • Works with colleagues across the Dealership to achieve team objectives 

  • Manages minutes of the meetings 

  • Maintains filing system, including archiving when necessary. 

  • Maintains follow up system; this includes follow up on action items for JLR. 

  • Makes report as well as checks all open Repair Orders (RO) 

Provides employee assistance 

  • Assists JLR employees pertaining to admin concerns. 

  • Acts as an employee coordinator to other department (Accounting, HR and others)’ 

  • Manages and maintains monitoring of ABCs employee trainings 

Works as a full member of the Dealership team 

  • Works with colleagues across the Dealership to achieve team objectives  

  • Understands and follows JLR operational guidelines  

  • Contributes to local marketing activity defined by Sales and Service teams  

  • Maintains a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times  

  • Uses feedback to improve own skills and performance.
