What you’ll do
- Support the execution of dealer marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Monitor dealer initiatives such as launches, mall activations, offsite displays, showroom events, and social media activities.
- Assist in preparing marketing collaterals and digital materials (e.g., Canva and other tools).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer marketing representatives and partners.
- Coordinate with OEM partners on dealer execution, subsidy support, and approvals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of marketing reports, event documentation, and contracts.
- Assist in planning and executing events such as vehicle launches, exhibitions, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless event and campaign execution.
- Support budget monitoring and administration, including tracking dealer subsidies and marketing expenses.
- Assist in invoice consolidation, documentation, and submission through systems (e.g., Coupa, Smartsheet, Concur).
- Monitor payment status and ensure timely processing and communication with suppliers.
About you
- A graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- With 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or dealer coordination (automotive experience is an advantage).
- Creative and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Experienced or familiar with event execution and marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders including dealers, suppliers, and OEM partners.
- Strong in communication, both written and verbal.
- Able to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
- Numerically inclined, with basic understanding of budget tracking and expense monitoring.
