JOB SUMMARY

The Network Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the dealer network development and management activities of the Changan Auto brand. The primary objective is to ensure that the company's products are effectively delivered to end consumers through a diverse and efficient distribution network while achieving sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with dealers and potential partners to establish and maintain strong business relationships, expand the sales network, and optimize channel performance.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive network development strategy to drive sales growth and increase market penetration;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential market segments, evaluate competition, and explore new business opportunities;
  • Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, dealerships, and distributors to expand the company's distribution network;
  • Negotiate and establish contractual agreements with dealer partners, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and policies;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Logistics and Finance to ensure seamless integration and alignment of network development strategies;
  • Provide guidance and support to dealer partners in implementing effective sales and marketing programs, including product launches, promotions, and incentive schemes;
  • Monitor network performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular audit inspection to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adapt network strategies accordingly;
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting network performance, market insights, and recommendations for strategic enhancements.
