ICATS Motors Inc. is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Body & Paint Service Advisor to join our growing aftersales team. If you have a passion for automotive service, excellent customer relations skills, and experience in body repair and paint processes, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and assist customers requiring body repair and paint services.
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and prepare accurate repair estimates.
- Explain repair procedures, timelines, and costs to customers clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Body & Paint Technicians, Parts Department, and Insurance Representatives to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor the progress of repair jobs and provide regular updates to customers.
- Process service orders, repair documentation, warranty claims, and insurance-related requirements.
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Perform final vehicle inspections prior to release and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive aftersales, body repair, painting, or service advisory functions.
- Knowledge of automotive body repair processes, paint systems, and insurance claim procedures is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and service management systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple customer concerns simultaneously.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and has driving experience.
