Purpose of Role: 

Financial Systems L1.5 Support Analyst's main purpose is to provide the first level of business process and functional support for the already implemented global Coupa platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Finance, and regional stakeholders, to ensure that the Coupa system continues to support and enhance business processes across our global footprint.

Job Role and Responsibilities: 

• Analyzes incidents and service requests to provide and deploy efficient solutions in the times agreed with the business in the sla (service level agreement) and that are aligned with the financial applications and business best practices.
• Identify repetitive incidents that can be managed as problems and lead the root cause analysis.
• Be actively involved in the knowledge process to the end user, making documents, documenting known errors in our knowledge database, preparing end-user training documentation, among others.
• Develop functional tests in a quality environment and, if necessary, the end-user testing process.

Qualifications: 

• Familiarity with financial applications like Coupa, Blackline, Concur, etc to name a few.
• At least 6 months of Coupa (or other financial applications like Blackline, Concur, etc) knowledge (e.g., key user, university internships).
• Bachelor´s Degree.
