Our NCI is seeking a IT Cloud Engineer Associate  to join our team in the Philippines.The IT Cloud Engineer Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the organization’s cloud environment, manages support tickets, and assists in project-related activities. This role collaborates closely with IT Cloud Engineer Professionals, Specialists, and Project Managers to ensure seamless cloud operations, timely resolution of issues, and the successful delivery of cloud-related initiatives. projects

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve IT support tickets related to cloud resources and infrastructure.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud resources in Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on cloud-related projects, including implementation, testing, and deployment tasks.
• Monitor cloud systems to ensure availability, performance, and security.
• Follow standard procedures and best practices for cloud operations.
• Document incidents, changes, and operational activities accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cloud performance and costs.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers for troubleshooting and problem resolution.

About you

• 1+ years in IT Operations.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
• Experience in IT operations or support, including handling tickets.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes.
• Ability to coordinate with Project Managers and support project tasks.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
