Our Network Cloud and Infrastructure is seeking a Network Engineer Professional to join our team in Philippines. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation, performance, and evolution of network infrastructure across LATAM, EU, and APAC. This role will contribute to the stability and integrity of WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and Cloud networking solutions, while ensuring alignment with the company’s global network architecture and security standards

What you’ll do

Regional Operational Support

• Provide regional network operational support, ensuring timely incident and request resolution across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC with a focus on availability and performance.

Project Delivery & Implementation

• Contribute to regional and global network projects, including implementations, upgrades, and migrations, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Compliance & Documentation

• Manage network changes and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with ITIL processes and security/audit frameworks such as ITGC and NIST.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with global teams and vendors, contributing to global standards and participating in after-hours maintenance windows when required.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• 4-6 years of experience managing enterprise networks in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Strong experience with Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
• Hands-on with Cisco Meraki, Aruba, or equivalent LAN/Wi-Fi technologies .
• Experience with MPLS, SD-WAN (e.g., Silver Peak), VPNs, and internet failover scenarios.
• Strong understanding of network protocols: IPv4, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, NAT, etc.
• Experience supporting Cloud Networking in Azure.
• Familiarity with network automation (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
