Purpose of Role: 

 

We’re looking for a hands-on On-Site Technical Support Specialist to ensure smooth operations and strong security across our IT systems. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, system updates, hardware checks, and network support — playing a key role in keeping our tech running efficiently and securely.

 

 

Job Role and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Format and prepare computers following company standards
  • Deploy software updates and patches
  • Collaborate with IT Security to enhance protection measures
  • Provide end-to-end technical support to employees
  • Diagnose and fix hardware issues
  • Manage network configurations and permissions
  • Maintain digital inventory of assets and licenses
  • Support infrastructure including PBX, CCTV, and telecom equipment
  • Assist in trade shows and company events

 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Degree in IT/Computer Science or similar
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, software installation, and internet technologies
  • Familiarity with networks, telephony, PBX, CCTV, and telecom systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and task management
  • Calm under pressure and effective conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset
