Purpose of Role: 

The Junior RPA Developer is an integral part of the Digital Integrations Platform's Robotic Process  Automation (RPA) team. This team specializes in the development of business process automation and  software solutions. As a Junior RPA Developer, you will work under the guidance of the Senior RPA Developer and contribute to various projects.

Job Role and Responsibilities: 

• Development
  • Assist in the technical development of process automation that meet the design brief jointly 
    developed with the Product Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and business teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team members to ensure that projects are completed within 
    the designated timeline.
  • Contribute to ensuring that the products adhere to the best technical and development practices.
• Learning & Growth
  • Develop a basic understanding of the business's technical architecture, systems landscape, and 
    technology strategy.
  • Engage collaboratively with senior team members and peers to effectively resolve issues and 
    enhance overall team performance.
  • Embrace continuous learning to enhance your technical skills and remain informed about the 
    latest industry practices.
• Support & Maintenance
  • Assist in the ongoing technical support of products released to the business, ensuring they 
    continue to meet business needs both commercially and technically. Identify and report system 
    bugs and issues to senior team members.

Qualifications: 

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  UiPath experience or certifications from UiPath Academy is an advantage.
• Some hands-on experience or demonstrable skills in languages like Python, C#, JSON, .Net, 
  JavaScript, etc. will be beneficial.
• Basic understanding or eagerness to learn ETL and SQL development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of software development and automation techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
