Our Digital Experience Platform is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in the Philippines. The purpose of this role is to lead the resolution of complex technical and functional tickets in Salesforce, covering all aspects of configuration, development, integrations, metadata, security, and territory administration to join our team in the Philippines. 

 

 

What you'll do

 

  • Analyze and resolve medium and high complexity tickets, including technical, functional, and integration-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and fix problems in Apex code, triggers, LWC, batch processes, unit tests, and integrations.
  • Diagnose and resolve metadata-related issues and deployment errors across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
  • Use Visual Studio Code to review code, perform traceability, and apply controlled technical changes.
  • Lead the analysis and advanced configuration of sharing rules, data visibility, territories, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Act as a point of reference for all topics related to Territory Management, supporting its maintenance and issue resolution.

 

About you

 

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization tools: Flows, validation rules, approval processes, record types, metadata relationships.
  • Strong command of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous operations.
  • Expertise using Visual Studio Code, Git, and Dev Console for debugging and code navigation.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture, deployments, and troubleshooting between environments.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce in technical or functional development/support roles.
  • Proven experience solving complex tickets involving both configuration and development.
