Our Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tallinn. In this position you will be working with digital marketing tools and channels, using data analysis to track performance, support decisions, and ensure accurate reporting. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication skills to manage brand positioning, media activities, and campaigns. As a Marketing Specialist you will support advertising and product presentation, coordinate event marketing activities, and contribute to digital project delivery.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand and product marketing strategy to attract, retain, and increase customer traffic to our sites.
• Ensure consistent and integrated marketing communication across all sales channels, including showrooms, digital platforms, outdoor advertising, etc.
• Actively participate in the execution of all marketing initiatives, working closely with the sales teams.
• Plan and manage the marketing budgets to maximize value and return on investment.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and the achievement of key performance targets.

About you

Qualities that drive success

• Ready to work hands-on with various digital marketing channels and tools, including supporting digital project activities.
• An effective and confident communicator with strong verbal, written, and visualisation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced data analysis capabilities, numerical proficiency, and great attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of brand positioning, media management, advertising, product presentation, event marketing, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and projects is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work with different digital channels (webpage, e-mail marketing, social media, digital data analysis).
• Fluent in both verbal and written Estonian and English.
