We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Group Warranty Clerk to join our dedicated team at Melbourne City (Trivett). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our service department by ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently.

About the Role

As a Warranty Clerk, you will work closely with service technicians and advisors to coordinate all warranty claims for the dealership group. From liaising with manufacturers and Aftersales staff to reconciling accounts and preparing repair orders, you’ll be a vital link in ensuring smooth warranty processes and outstanding customer outcomes.

What is the opportunity?

Responsibilities:

• Receive and review warranty claims submitted by customers, dealers, or service providers.
• Verify warranty coverage and ensure that all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Enter warranty claims data into the system and maintain organized records.
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, and service departments to gather additional information when needed.
• Process and track warranty claims from initiation to resolution.
• Assist in maintaining warranty-related documentation and manuals.
• Focusing on Multi brands including Subaru, Peugeot, Deepal and Foton
• Ad hoc duties to travel to other dealerships.

To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Warranty Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• The ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• A strong desire to perform at the highest level.
• Be customer focussed coupled with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Able to work with the team.
