We are looking for a Social Media and Marketing expert with a passion for all things Automotive to join our fantastic Sales Teams at our Porsche Portsmouth Dealership.

The role

Merchandising our digital ‘shop window’ by leveraging our online vehicle display to maximise sales and supporting the online digital sales team when they require more information about a vehicle to respond to a customer enquiry. Promote via social channels both constant stock and site updates to be agreed and discussed with Sales Manager. Speed the route to market in supporting gridding process and used car marketing strategy daily.

Responsibilities:

• Taking quality images, creating an external video and internal 360 video of all inbound stock for use on our website adhering to all standards and regulations
• Upload photos, videos and specification into relevant systems that adhere to our standards and quality measures
• Review enquiries against adverts and identify and suggesting ways to improve vehicles desirability online
• Identify any vehicle preparation issues that may prevent a car from selling, suggesting ways to improve the preparation and increase sales
• Provide specific vehicle information or photography to the digital sales team as requested
• Progress chase used cars through workshop to assist in the above, coordinate 3rd party repairs and valeting
• Work with management on lane approval to ensure 100% QC before going on display

Skills and experience required:

• Digital, Social Media awareness and understanding
• Driving Licence essential
• Competent with Producing quality images (using iPhone equivalent)
• Customer Experience
• Organisation, Administration
• Pc & website competence. To collate information across a number of sites, giving affective advertisement.
• Attention to detail
• High Standards of Quality
