SUMMARY:

 

The Key Accounts Management Specialist is mainly responsible for handling key accounts through building strong relationships with the client, identifying opportunities and finding ways to maintain success within the account

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

 

Aftersales Target and Customer Satisfaction Index

  • Responsible for maintaining long term relationship to our customers by ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Develop relationships and grow business revenue by identifying opportunities with potential customers.
  • Identify strategies in generating and nurturing accounts that will make high-value repeat and volume purchases to maintain mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Perform consistent follow-up on existing and potential key accounts, conduct personal visits thrice a week in order to close sales transaction, performs corporate presentations with the aid of brochures and other technical tools;
  • Manage communication between key accounts and internal team for any Aftersales and Sales concerns.
  • Closely coordinate with Retail Group to ensure Key Account’s transactions are accurate and complete.

 

Reporting and Deliverables

  • Report weekly updates on potential customers from leads generation.
  • Present strategic plans to Distributor and Regional Group on customer Aftersales and Sales requirements

 

Administrative

  • Handle administrative requests and queries from Managers
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and report templates
  • To create analyses on the basis of data’s available to Dealer Management System.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • EDUCATION
    • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
  • EXPERIENCE
    • ​​​​​​​With exposure or experience as a Service Advisor
