JOB SUMMARY

The Key Accounts Management Specialist is mainly responsible for handling key accounts through building strong relationships with the client, identifying opportunities and finding ways to maintain success within the account.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for maintaining long term key customers by ensuring their satisfaction with products and services are provided.  
  • Develop relationships and grow business’ revenue by identifying opportunities with potential customers.
  • Identify strategies in generating and nurturing accounts that will make high-value repeat and volume purchases to maintain mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Perform consistent follow-up on existing and potential key accounts, conduct personal visits thrice a week in order to close sales transaction, performs corporate presentations with the aid of brochures and other technical tools;
  • Offer business services such as bank financing, leasing, insurance options and sales promotions (if there’s any).
  • Manage communication between key accounts and internal team for any Sales and Aftersales Concerns.
  • Closely coordinate with Retail Group to ensure Key Account’s sales transactions are accurate and complete.
  • Report weekly updates on potential customers from leads generation.
  • Present strategic plans to Distributor and Regional Group on customer negotiated requirements that will result to fleet purchases. (Pricing, Model Line-up and Marketing)

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • College graduate of any course, preferably in business or social science.
  • Fresh graduate is accepted or with relevant work experience, preferably with commercial vehicle products.
  • Product Knowledge, Negotiating skills, Excellent Communication skills, and Customer Service proficient
  • Attentive, Confident, Ethical, Charismatic, Self-driven, Persuasive, Passionate about automobiles
  • Office based –50%

    Field work –    50%
