JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Consultant is mainly responsible for handling sales of vehicles which includes the following activities:  product presentation, demonstration, quotation, documentation of vehicle for release, coordination of units, and arrangement of delivery.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES TARGET

  • Performs the required target number monthly/quarterly/annually;
  • Performs Active Prospecting to generate leads through telemarketing, saturations through top 1000 corporations, banks, prime organizations, prime residences, repeat customer and orphaned accounts. 
  • Performs customer reception in showroom and in marketing displays, customer interview, analysis wishes and requirements, offer and present the best product with the aid of brochures, marketing materials and tools. 
  • Performs consistent follow-up on prospects, conduct personal visits, ambush demo daily, in order to narrow down on potential customers, conducts test drive of demo units thrice a week in order to close sales transaction, performs corporate presentations with the aid of brochures and other technical tools; Offer business services such as bank financing, leasing, insurance options and sales promotions (if there’s any).

INVENTORY

  • Ensure that vehicles being offered are available on stock and arrived on time. “First in First out basis” should be observed;
  • Utilizes the “Daily Showroom Inventory Report on Stock”.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • Ensures that the standards of the CSI#1 are being performed or diligently practiced and deviation to the CS#1 is being reported;
  • Manages the expectation of customers;
  • Practices a pro-active approach in managing customer requirements.

SALES DELIVERIES

  • Monitors that all transactions are accurate and complete starting from reservation to delivery.
  • Performs vehicle inspection on vehicle (visual and functional condition) prior to handover to customer
  • Ensure documents (i.e. financing , invoice & others) are signed by customer prior to release

REPORTING

  • Submits Sales Metrics updates on each prospect status;
  • Submits the delivery updates on time;
