Due to growth, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Representative, located at Eagle Farm, to help drive our unique presence in the Queensland market.   

Your experience in automotive or a franchise structure along with your passion for automotive will be critical to assist you play a pivotal role in supporting our Dealer network in the region of Queensland.  This exciting time will see you working with our dynamic brand new and electrified products coming through along with great opportunity within the untapped LCV market.

The Role

This hands-on, autonomous role, you will be responsible for working with the dealer network to ensure the delivery of results in line with the business plan expectations.  You will work collaboratively with key central functions to ensure regional and dealer network performance effectively contributes to financial and operational objectives.
 

You will:
 

  • Assist in achieving Sales targets for Peugeot and Citroen models and their variants.
  • Ensure Dealers are set up for success. 
  • Manage the communication, promotion, and motivation across our network towards selling our PC/SUV and LCV ranges
  • Develop and execute plans with the dealer network to achieve business goals
  • Identify opportunities and insights that assist in delivering effective results
  • Build, nurture, maintain and grow relationships with your key Internal and External Stakeholders 
  • Understand the market and investigate the potential for our products and position the products to maximize sales.
  • Have overall responsibility for the implementation of programs in accordance with business objectives and the strategy. 


About you:
 

  • Demonstrated and proven experience in Sales
  • Proven senior relationship management. 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationship with a portfolio or network
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline 
  • Valid NSW Drivers Licence
  • Experience with the automotive and/or LCV Industry desirable
  • Experience in a Franchise or Distributor Retail Network environment highly regarded
