Reporting Analyst

As Reporting Analyst you are responsible for bringing data to life in a way that adds value, reveals connections, shows trends, creates storylines, and helps all teams operate on top efficiency.

You will be reporting to the Head of Accounting for Europe & Africa and will be working closely with the different countries accounting, financial and business teams.

Eager to make an impact and drive the business forward, the Reporting Analyst will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, implement reports and dashboards, and visualize data in a way that adds value to the end users.
  • Create, maintain and improve reporting datasets, information structures and help data democratization so that all involved parties make the best use of the data available.
  • Support storytelling and presentations for the markets and regional teams deep diving or simplifying accounting, financial and business datasets as needed.

Skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Specialization and/or master's degree is a plus.
  • Solid accounting background and experience in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Highly skilled in data analysis, relevant tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) and concepts, and reporting software.
  • Communicate, visualise, and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant experience of up to 3 years.
