Reporting Analyst (Europe & Africa)

As Reporting Analyst (Europe & Africa) you are responsible for bringing accounting and financial data to life in a way that adds value, reveals connections, shows trends, creates storylines, and helps all teams operate on top efficiency.

You will be reporting to the Head of Accounting for Europe & Africa and will be working closely with accounting, financial and business teams from all the countries of the region.

Eager to make an impact and drive the business forward, the Reporting Analyst (Europe & Africa) will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, implement reports and dashboards, and visualize data in a way that adds value to the end users.
  • Reconcile accounting and financial datasets, prepare presentations and reports, and contribute ideas on how to more efficiently streamline relevant working flows.
  • Support storytelling and presentations for the markets and regional teams deep diving or simplifying accounting, financial and business datasets as needed.

Skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Specialization and/or master's degree is a plus.
  • Solid accounting background and experience in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Communicate, visualise, and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant experience of up to 3 years.

Skills that are considered an asset:

  • Highly skilled in data analysis, relevant tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) and concepts, and reporting software.
