Join a global leader and make an impact! As an HSE Business Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of fostering a culture of safety, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility across our operations.

 

YOU WILL

• Partner with site managers and teams to embed HSE best practices
• Support the implementation of a Global HSE Management System
• Monitor HSE performance, reporting KPIs and taking appropriating actions
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement to minizime risks
• Contribute to risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulations
• Deliver HSE training programs and support leadership in driving change
• Work on deployment of HSE culture
• Work with Country Manager to deliver required HSE performance and communicate it all stakeholders
 

WE EXPECT OUR CANDIDATES TO HAVE

• Have at least 2 years of experience in HSE role
• To have work experience of managing safety in an automotive industry or to have a technical background
• Be a strong communicator who can influence and engage stakeholders
• Have a solid understanding of HSE systems, audits, and incident investigation
• Have an experience working with SAP based HSE management systems
• Have highest or 2nd level professional education in work safety and fire safety education (160 h)
• Have an experience of handling electronic waste (preferably)
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of analyzing HSE data
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Excellent command of written and spoken English language as the role requires cooperation with regional and global teams
