We are seeking a People Business partner to join our team in Riga. In this possition you’ll be working on various HR tasks and contributing to great colleague experience. You`ll be involved in attract and recruitment, strengthening HR processes, supporting managers and working on engagement activities.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsibility and ownership of full employee lifecycle, delivered in cooperation with managers and HR team:
- Hiring process, including coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews, performing reference checks.
- Planning and supporting onboarding activities, trainings, and induction process for new employees.
- Supporting employees and leaders on performance management process.
- Create and update HR policies and procedures in line with Inchcape requirements, managers recommendation and changes of local legislation.
- Monitor on regular bases changes in labor legislation, share expertise on labor law and HR best practices.
- Contribute and participate in People & Culture related local and regional projects and initiatives.
- Promote great work environment by organizing engagement activities, surveys and continuous improvement.
About you:
- University degree in HR, organizational psychology, or business administration
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Experience working with different HR administration systems. Knowledge of SAP HR, Horizon, Concur, SharePoint would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation
- Great organizational, communication and collaboration skills
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities
- Able to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Hands-on, as well as detail-oriented person, able to see the big picture
- Fluency in Latvian and English for communication with regional and global colleagues
