Our Digital Experience platform is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in Colombia. In this position, you will lead the resolution of complex technical and functional tickets in Salesforce, covering all aspects of configuration, development, integrations, metadata, security, and territory administration. The Developer Senior Consultant 3 serves as a technical reference point within the support team, identifying root causes in critical issues, guiding teammates through problem resolution, and ensuring that production deployments meet quality and governance standards. This role also demonstrates deep knowledge of visibility, access control, profiles, roles, and Territory Management within Salesforce.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Analyze and resolve medium and high complexity tickets, including technical, functional, and integration-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and fix problems in Apex code, triggers, LWC, batch processes, unit tests, and integrations.
  • Diagnose and resolve metadata-related issues and deployment errors across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
  • Use Visual Studio Code to review code, perform traceability, and apply controlled technical changes.
  • Lead the analysis and advanced configuration of sharing rules, data visibility, territories, roles, profiles, and permission sets.

 

 

About you

 

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization tools: Flows, validation rules, approval processes, record types, metadata relationships.
  • Strong command of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous operations.
  • Expertise using Visual Studio Code, Git, and Dev Console for debugging and code navigation.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture, deployments, and troubleshooting between environments.
  • Solid experience in diagnosing and resolving integration issues (REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, middleware, timeouts).
  • Strong knowledge of data security models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with development, QA, and business teams.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, including technical vocabulary.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce in technical or functional development/support roles.
