We are looking for a SAP L2 LOG Support Analyst to provide second-level functional support for SAP Logistics solutions, including MM, SD, VMS, DBM, and related business processes. This role is responsible for analyzing and resolving complex incidents and service requests, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting end users, and ensuring SAP solutions align with business requirements and best practices. The ideal candidate combines strong SAP Logistics expertise, analytical problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to delivering high-quality support services.


What you'll do


  • Provide Level 2 functional support for SAP Logistics modules, including MM, SD, VMS, EWM, and related business processes.
  • Analyze and resolve medium- and high-complexity incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
  • Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive problem management initiatives to improve system stability.
  • Recommend and support continuous improvements to existing SAP business processes and operational procedures.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials for end users and support teams.
  • Develop functional specifications for enhancements, custom developments, reports, and data processing solutions.
  • Execute functional testing activities and support user acceptance testing when required.
  • Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of new solutions into support following project go-live activities.


About you


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • SAP Logistics certification is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics modules, including MM, SD, EWM, VMS, and related processes.
  • Proven experience supporting and delivering SAP Logistics solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex business and system issues.
  • Experience working within SLA-driven support environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
