Purpose of Role: 

• Provide SAP consultancy services for the VMS, SD module and submodules.
• Lead the VMS SAP Functional Team providing guidance, coaching and best practices suggestions
• Implement and propose solutions for the improvement cases and projects to which the VMS team is assigned.
• Design effective solutions for business needs, aligned with Inchcape's VMS model

Job Role and Responsibilities: 

• To participate in Inchcape projects according to assignment
• Solve improvements related to the VMS module according to DDC methodology
• Lead and guide the development of functional specifications by the VMS SAP Configuration
• To guide and train consultants of the logistic team in the training process

Qualifications: 

• Professional in logistical careers with SAP training in academies and courses and preferably certified.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle management, sales and procurement integration process, inventory integration, maintenance process and integration with VMS actions, prices and conditions, picking, foreign trade, standard reports
• Solid knowledge and experience in customizations like reports, interfaces, load programs, forms, Z actions in terms of provide the functional specification to the development team
• Solid experience in testing phases and user training process
• Knowledge in PRD preparation steps, cutover and data migration assessment
• VMS-VEH experience in more than 3 years in end to end projects
• SD module experience more than 4 years and knowledge on e-commerce process, integrations with other legacys and mainteinance process internal or for customers services integration with SD.
• MM knowledge and experience in projects implementation in a plus
• Strong knowledge in Finance, Controlling, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, Customer Service integrations in a plus
