Our Enterprise Resource Planning platform is seeking a SAP LOGISTICS DELIVERY CONSULTANT to join our team in Colombia. In this position, you participate in global implementations and continuous improvement teams for large-scale projects, including corporate environments such as Inchcape. Proven experience in at least 5 end-to-end projects, covering all phases from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. Strong knowledge of SAP project methodologies (ASAP / Activate), with a focus on process optimization, cross-module integration, and delivering solutions aligned with business needs.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Actively participate in SAP MM/SD implementation and support projects, covering multiple project phases.
  • Analyze, map, and document business requirements, processes, and objectives, translating them into effective SAP MM/SD solutions.
  • Design, configure, customize, and test SAP MM and SD functionalities in line with business and project requirements.
  • Identify system gaps, issues, and risks, and define workaround or permanent solutions in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Act as a key point of contact between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and solution alignment.
  • Manage change requests, urgent fixes, and emergency transports for high-priority issues; prepare and maintain functional documentation, test cases, and test results.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Provide functional consulting services for both new implementations and ongoing support engagements.
  • Perform detailed analysis of coystems with cybersecurity policies and audit requirements.

 

About you

 

  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementations as well as support projects.
  • At least 7 years of domain experience in logistics, supply chain, or related areas.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of business processes from a customer perspective, with the ability to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
  • Collaborative and customer-oriented mindset, recognizing all stakeholders as “customers” and fostering knowledge sharing to achieve successful projects and continuous improvements.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting and discussing ideas effectively in meetings with both professional and managerial audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Problem-solving skills, applying structured methodologies and innovative approaches to resolve challenges.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills, addressing situations with empathy, understanding, and adaptability to change.
