SAP Product and Procurement Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accurate, precise and up to date vehicle data visibility in SAP VMS for brands distributed by Inchcape Motors Finland Oy, Inchcape JLR Finland Oy and Inchcape JLR Baltics SIA
• Follow up on vehicle actual pipeline statuses and execute respective updates to SAP VMS within the production cycle as well as during delivery to Distribution compounds
• Execute required vehicle procurement actions in SAP VMS – upload of necessary information and documentation as well as manual data input
• New vehicle production orders submission into OEMs systems
• Regular and ad-hoc report preparation for Management and Authorities
• Communication with OEMs, Finland/Baltics Logistics Team members and 3PL on vehicle arrival/delivery related topics
• Ensure timely and precise transportation damage claim submission to insurance companies, monitoring the claim processing from submission to reimbursement

WE EXPECT OUR CANDIDATES TO HAVE

• Experience with SAP and/or within automotive industry is an advantage
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Ability to set priorities during multitasking
• Self-driven and can take initiative and responsibility, is motivated by delivering results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good Ms Office skills ( including excell)
• Previous experience in automotive industry is seen as an advantage
• Fluent in Latvian and English to cooperate with international partners
