Our Central Sales Admin team is seeking a Sales Admin & Delivery Employee to join us in Machelen. In this role, you will play a key part in the delivery journey of new vehicles. You’ll ensure that every administrative step is handled with precision, that logistics run seamlessly, and that customers enjoy a smooth and welcoming handover experience.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate all administrative processes for new car sales, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Prepare delivery files, including registration documents, invoices, and customer welcome materials.
- Maintain and archive all new vehicle records with a high level of detail and compliance.
- Plan and organize vehicle deliveries by aligning transport schedules and ensuring cars are ready for handover.
- Manage customer appointments for vehicle pickup and ensure a smooth, timely experience.
- Oversee the physical delivery of new vehicles, including number plate handling and final checks when required.
- Provide customers with essential vehicle information such as manuals, warranty details, service guidelines, and assistance programs.
- Monitor invoicing and payment status to ensure all financial steps are completed correctly.
- Organize and maintain the vehicle storage area, preparing cars for customer delivery or transporter collection.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Experienced in administration with customer contact.
- Skilled in Office applications (Excel, Word); knowledge of dealer systems such as Incadea is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, allowing you to operate confidently in a multilingual environment.
- Organized and precise, yet flexible when needed.
- Dynamic, solution-oriented, and always ready to take initiative.
