Sales Advisor

We are present in 40 countries and act as an important strategic partner for the world's leading premium and luxury brands, for whom we provide an effective and customer-oriented route to market.

In Belgium and Luxembourg, we are the official distributor of Toyota and Lexus. Last year we've launched our new fully electric brand BYD. And last but not least we've also launched BravoAuto, our new used car center in Machelen. Our Belgian head office is located in Zaventem.

We are currently looking for Sales Advisors for our concessions in Gent, Zaventem, Machelen and Antwerp.

Function

As Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for showroom sales.

• You actively prospect for new customers.
• You correctly inform and advise (potential) customers. You build a relationship of trust and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• You ensure that test drives run smoothly.
• You closely follow up interested parties.
• You act as "Brand Ambassador" both in the showroom, during events and via social media.
• You ensure that the showroom is always in order, that the vehicles look neat and with the necessary information.
• You carry out the necessary administrative tasks associated with the sales process.
• You take care of the delivery of the vehicles to the customers.

Profile

• You have a strong interest in the automotive sector and all-electric cars.
• You are a go-getter, are strongly results-oriented and have the will to succeed. You detect opportunities and take action.
• You put the customer first and stand for a personalised approach.
• You have proven successful sales experience.
• You have a well-groomed appearance.
• You have a hands-on mentality.
• You are stress-resistant and know how to prioritise.
• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and French, as well as knowledge of English.
