  • Deliver a high standard of customer experience before, during, and after the sales process.

  1. Consultative Sales & Customer Experience

  • Deliver consultative, needs-based selling, not transactional sales

  • Diagnose customer lifestyle and mobility needs before recommending solutions

  • Design end-to-end ownership experience (vehicle + tech + charging + support)

  • Build long-term relationships as a mobility advisor, not just a seller

  • Own and deliver a premium, end-to-end customer journey from first contact through vehicle delivery and post-sales engagement.

  • Provide personalized consultation, aligning vehicle recommendations to customer lifestyle, usage patterns, and technology preferences.

  • Ensure a seamless, consistent, and high-quality experience across showroom, test drive, and digital touchpoints.

  • Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and brand advocacy.

  1. Product Demonstration, Branding & Experience Design

  • Conduct immersive test drives focused on:

  • Intelligent driving features

  • User interface & cockpit experience

  • Performance vs ICE vehicles

  • Personalized demonstrations based on customer profile (tech-savvy vs traditional driver)

  • Software-defined vehicle trends

  • Provide insights to management on customer perception of EV tech
