PURPOSE OF ROLE:


The Product Owner - Salesforce will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful rollout of Salesforce products to new 
markets, adhering to global standards. You will work closely with the Salesforce Product Manager to drive adoption, solve 
product issues, and assist Markets and the Engineering team with product-related inquiries. Additionally, you will lead and 
manage independent projects within the Salesforce product environment, ensuring they align with overall business 
objectives.


JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

  • Collaborate with the salesforce product manager to define and execute the strategy for salesforce product rollouts to new 
  • markets.
  • Ensure that salesforce implementations adhere to global standards and best practices.
  • Actively engage in problem-solving with market teams to address product-related challenges.
  • Assist the engineering team by providing product expertise and resolving product-related inquiries.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and software development teams in planning, testing, and releasing 
  • salesforce features and updates.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT, Digital Marketing or Product Management 
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner and similar role in Salesforce product management
  • Project Management skills (Planning, Communication, Reporting, Action Plan set-up and execution)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Basic understanding of JIRA/Confluence products
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong functional understanding of Salesforce products and their application in a business context
