The APAC IT Business Analyst will be a member of the APAC IT Business Consultancy team, a team of IT Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts in carrying out strategic IT business consulting. The role and team is the bridge of business and platform towards sustainable digital transformation in support of Inchcape’s Accelerate+ strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
To engage business users to understand issues & propose IT solution in the Back Office towers which includes ERP, DMS and Bespoke Applications.
To document business application requirements & to-be process mapping.
To be a project resource for regional implementations and take part in discovery, solutioning, business adoption of IT solution, and organizational change management.
To provide BAU solution continuous improvement through handling continuous improvement change requests
Collaborate with business and platform teams on end-to-end solution delivery of continuous improvement
To provide inputs to solution roadmapping and overall IT landscape architecture
To provide testing guidance, continuous learning support and business process optimization support to business as part of continuous improvement
Provide inputs on business process/consumption of IT solution and help in business adoption
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Degree in IT or Business Operations
Experience
6-10 years of IT experience in applications, projects, business analysis and functional/technical support
Licensure and Certification

Knowledge
Applications functional knowledge, IT systems and processes, automotive industry knowledge is not required but a nice to have, requirements gathering and documentation, organizational change management, familiarity with different applications in sales, retail, distribution, automotive (ERP, DMS, CRM, Financial applications, digital products)
