Purpose of role
Assisting the Regional Service Delivery Manager, in the Transformation of the Regional Service Delivery operations to improve quality and cost-efficiency. Drive consistency of IT service delivery toolsets and processes with Group roadmap. Ensure the compliance with Inchcape IT-controls.
Job role and responsibilities:

Support the Regional Service Delivery Manager who owns the transformation of regional support processes - design and implement IT Service Delivery role model leveraging Inchcape Digital Delivery Centers (DDC), local teams and suppliers via an effective matrix organization. |

Support the Regional Service Delivery Manager in maintaining the standard SLA between regional business, regional IT and DDC. |

Support the Regional Service Delivery Manager in standardizing the support processes across the region and adopt standard Manage Engine tool. |

4 |
Support the Regional Service Delivery Manager in monitoring the compliance with global ITSM control framework, plan and run the projects to improve the compliance level. |

Support the Regional Service Delivery Manager in generating APAC Reports for Projects, Market Reporting and Group/Regional Reporting extensively. |
|

Support the Regional Service Delivery Manager in collecting the feedback from Country managing directors and exec teams on regular basis, plan and run the actions to address issues and improvement requests. |

Partner with country-based teams to provide help and guidance on global and regional priorities, in Inchcape Asia Pacific locations and business units including New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Brunei, Guam, Saipan, Thailand. |

Partner with Infrastructure, Applications and Projects regional teams to make sure the relevant support and maintenance matters are included into new initiatives scope. |

Own and monitor your objectives, appraisals, development plans and 121’, with your Regional Service Delivery Manager. |

skills and Experience required: |

|
· Candidate will be in placed in Band 2, if meeting the below requirement: · (a) Professional ITIL Certification, and has ITIL execution experience for minimum of 5 years, and · (b) At least 5 years of experience working in a Service Delivery function, and · (c) Demonstrable experience in at least 2x ITSM toolsets |

· Strong communication and influencing skills, demonstrating deep subject matter expertise balanced with pragmatic understanding of business need/priorities. |

· Ability to effectively plan/manage/prioritize work to meet objectives of multiple or competing priorities. |
