POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Assistant Manager provides administrative and technical support to the business and lead the collection process and the Team.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish goals and targets for the AR Collection
  • Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging Monitoring for collection
  • Supervise Collection and Cashier Team
  • Review and approve commission calculation prepared by the Team
  • Sending Statement of Account to the customers
  • Coordinating activities for debt collectors and assessing delinquent accounts to hold/block.
  • Collaborate with Business Operation Team and General Ledger Team to resolve any issues related to releasing and collection.
  • Providing statistics, data analysis, and reports on the progress of the collection department.
  • Ensure that controls are maintained to comply with the Internal and External audit requirements
  • Prepare Vehicle Sales Cut-off and submit in BL
  • Perform Ad hoc tasks for business requirements
  • Handle collection issues for resolution to avoid further escalation

 

 

JOB SPECIFICATION

Educational Requirement

College Graduate of B.S. Accountancy, Finance or other related courses

Job Related Experience

With 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Accounting/Finance in retail and/or share service set-up

Personality and Desirable Traits

Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information, adaptability, ethical, self-driven, ability to manage time and people effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and financial records.

Ability to lead the collection, Team.

Analytical thinker and problem solver

Strong communication skills and confident in dealing with Business Operations, auditors and customers.
