SUMMARY
The Aftersales Marketing Specialist will focus on the development of programs to maximize profit through increased patronage of products and services of the Aftersales business. He / She will work closely with the Aftersales Team in identifying strategies to improve customer retention along with the development of an overall marketing plan. He / She will define and/or update key performance indicators relevant to marketing efforts and tracking success towards those goals. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
•    Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers
•    Process and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improving customer retention rates
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging customer retention campaigns
•    Measure and report on the effectiveness of retention campaigns and initiatives
•    Develop artwork designs and specifications for social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and a lifestyle boutique catalogue.
•    Build and maintain relationships with customers through targeted communication and personalized experiences
•    Utilize customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction
•    Work with sales, aftersales and customer relations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
•    Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to inform retention strategies and tactics.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

Experience

  • Experience in marketing, preferably in a data-driven role, and experience in managing retention programs. Proficiency in data analysis, using customer relationship management (CRM) software, and has strong communication and project management skills.

Licensure and Certification

  • Driver’s License
