SUMMARY
The Creatives Marketing Specialist for Inchcape Philippines is responsible for creating and managing creative materials across digital and print platforms. This role focuses on producing high-quality visual assets for campaigns, events, internal communications, and brand initiatives, while ensuring all outputs follow global and local brand guidelines. The position involves designing social media content, website banners, marketing collaterals, and event materials, as well as supporting video editing. The role works closely with the Digital & Transformation team, brand team, and other stakeholders to meet campaign objectives and maintain a consistent brand image.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Reports to the Digital & Transformation Manager and aligns creative outputs with brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Designs and develops digital and print materials such as, but not limited to, social media graphics, website assets, brochures, posters, banners, and email templates.
- Produces creative assets for internal communications, employee engagement campaigns and events.
- Ensures all designs follow Inchcape’s brand identity and each OEM’s brand guidelines.
- Supports video editing and simple animations for social media and internal use.
- Collaborates with the Marketing and Sales teams to conceptualize creative directions for campaigns.
- Maintains organized archives of creatives assets for easy access and reuse.
- Provides input on creative strategy to improve visual impact across platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Communication or related field.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and creative production, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Premiere) and Canva.
- Experience using CapCut is a plus.
