Overall Job Purpose
The Creatives Specialist/Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and providing in-house creative vision of the Jaguar Land Rover brands and translating business needs into creative, innovative and visually appealing digital designs, content write-ups and social media presence that are in line with the business strategy and branding.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Operations
Develops and designs ATL / BTL materials for strategic, thematic, and tactical communication requirements;
Coordinates with Assistant Marketing Manager in the content-creation and copywriting for all marketing assets/collaterals;
Champions the Modern Luxury brand guidelines for Jaguar and Land Rover on all assets ensuring strict adherence to Corporate Identity and branding prior release;
Support departmental requests on asset creation for various projects and activities;
Ensure all localized marketing assets and materials produced are approved through SynOps;
Produce in-house assets through local photoshoots and video production if needed.
Digital Support Function
Assist Assistant Marketing Manager in managing content (content calendar, copywriting & key visuals)
To assist budget monitoring & accounting of all marketing expenses;
Prepare purchase requests, cheque requests, petty cash vouchers, and travel and expense claims as needed, with accuracy, completeness and on time;
Ensure accurate filing and documentation of all marketing reports, contracts and other important files
Email Marketing
Manage, design, and execute local and global email marketing campaigns using the approved comms template via Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
Work closely with Client Experience Specialist to create email databases and nameplate-specific, campaign-based reports.
Maintain weekly and monthly analysis reports on email performance relating to send and deliverability KPIs, as well as on-site traffic and bounce rates;
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.

Job Specifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
5+ years of experience in creative design for digital and social media (automotive industry is an advantage)
Able to present concept visualization through sketches, drawings and illustrations. Good sense of layout and color harmony.
Self-motivated, dedicated, well organized and result-oriented with an eye for details
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) or any equivalent tools
Possess an in depth understanding of marketing and advertising campaigns
