Overall Job Purpose

Meets and greet with customers, and data analysis is a customer-oriented person who is responsible for proactive using the data for customer contacts and bookings, creation of a true customer care culture and being a point of contact to all customers who visits our Aftersales department.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Customer Experience (Customer Facing Staff)

  • Meet and greet with Aftersales customers 
  • Work with the reception manager processing standards implementation. 
  • Support with the day to day running of the reception area 

Data Management Aftersales Customer Care  

  • Aftersales dealer management system (Pinnacle champion) 
  • Weekly Analysis of CEIP results  
  • Ensures complete and accurate customer details are entered in Pinnacle.
  • Analysis of all aftersales data within Pinnacle  
  • Analysis of all aftersales promotions  
  • Ensure all Pinnacle booking processes are followed 
  • Create daily customer bookings from the Pinnacle system data   
  • Ensure SEF with processes  
  • Ensure the seven step SEF service processes are followed   
  • Support Aftersales activities i.e., service clinics
