Dealer Marketing Assistant Manager


Roles and Responsibilities:
 

Dealer Brand Building and Dealer Marketing

  •  Builds Mercedes-Benz Greenhills and Mercedes-Benz BGC brands through strategizing, planning and implementing of effective and efficient local marketing plans.
  •  Develops local marketing strategies and tactics to boost the dealership’s reputation and drive qualified traffic, both offline and online.
  •  Deploys successful local marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  •  Experiments with various organic and paid acquisition channels to generate quality leads.
  •  Acts as a key interface between the internal and external parties including but not limited to: Sales, Events, PR, Digital, Aftersales, suppliers, agencies, etc.
  •  Builds strategic partnerships with other luxury brands that are aligned to Mercedes-Benz standards.
  •  Monitors and tracks dealer marketing budgets on a monthly basis to ensure funds are allocated wisely.
  •  Oversees and approves dealer marketing materials to ensure that everything is aligned with brand guidelines.
  •  Measures and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, gains insight and assesses against goals.
  •  Ensures that all Dealer Marketing KPIs are met at all times.
  •  Provides local market research, local competitive analysis, local market strategies, and builds sales stories in support of sales strategies

 

Dealer Customer Experience

  •  Develops local Customer Experience strategies and initiatives that are aligned with Mercedes-Benz standards to be implemented at the local dealerships assigned – Mercedes-Benz Greenhills, Mercedes-Benz BGC.
  •  Analyzes customer feedback, trends, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
  •  Ensures consistent and positive customer interactions across all touchpoints.
  •  Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction including but not limited to Sales, Aftersales, BDC, Brand Marketing, etc.
  •  Ensures that Customer Experience KPIs are met. Monitors customer metrics and reports on CX performance including but not limited to NPS, Reputation.com, Google Reviews, etc.
  •  Monitors the Customer Journey – tracks customer interactions across various touchpoints and identifies bottlenecks or areas of difficulties. Provides recommendations to address concerns.
  •  Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of implemented local CX strategies and initiatives, and makes necessary adjustments based on customer feedback and performance metrics
