What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CDJR dealer partners, acting as the primary point of contact for dealer-related concerns.
- Monitor dealer performance, compliance, and adherence to brand and operational standards.
- Support dealer onboarding, accreditation, and network expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with dealers on sales, marketing, and aftersales programs, ensuring proper execution and alignment.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, performance reviews, and business consultations.
- Analyze dealer KPIs (sales, CSI, inventory, operations) and provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist in resolving dealer issues, escalation handling, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication between dealers and internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Finance.
- Support OEM coordination and reporting requirements related to dealer network performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records of dealer activities.
About you
- A graduate of Business, Marketing, Management, or a related course.
- With at least 2–3 years of experience in dealer relations, account management, or automotive operations.
- Knowledgeable in dealership operations, sales processes, and customer experience standards.
- Strong in stakeholder management, relationship building, and communication.
- Analytical, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple dealer accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Willing to travel for dealer visits and fieldwork as required.
