SUMMARY

 

The Digital & Creatives Marketing Specialist for Inchcape Philippines is responsible for managing digital marketing initiatives and supporting minor creative tasks for a specific brand, primarily Changan. This role involves overseeing, planning, and analyzing the assigned brand’s digital marketing efforts while also contributing to digital content creation for the website, social media, and other online platforms. The position requires close coordination with the Digital & Transformation Manager, digital marketing agency, brand team, BDC, and DDC to ensure that digital marketing objectives and KPIs are met.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

 

    • Reports to the Digital & Transformation Manager and aligns overall digital marketing strategies with the brand’s goals.
    • Manages the brand’s website, social media accounts, and other digital channels, ensuring content consistency and engagement.
    • Maintains and optimizes the brand’s website, including, but not limited to updating images, copy, SEO, and product information.
    • Monitors and ensures the proper usage of Salesforce by the brand’s sales team, coordinating closely with the BDC and Sales & Marketing teams to maintain accurate lead information.
    • Collaborates with the brand’s Sales & Marketing teams to develop a comprehensive Digital Marketing Plan that aligns with KPIs related to website performance, leads management, digital conversion rates, and digital tool implementation.
    • Manages the digital transformation initiatives of the brand, working closely with Digital & Transformation Manager, Inchcape Digital Delivery Center (DDC) and brand team to plan, test, and implement new digital tools that meet business objectives.
    • Provides regular reports on digital marketing performance and develops strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education
    •  Graduate degree in any course related to the function and role required
  • Experience
    • Experience in digital marketing and social media management
    • Basic proficiency in creative tools such as Canva (Adobe Photoshop is a plus).
